IMPROVE QUALITY OF TEACHING
1. OBJECT –TO IMPROVE DELIVERY OF INSTRUCTIONS IN CLASS ROOM.
Augmenting the existing e-learning system to 4 additional rooms -
A system consists of 1 x 42” android tv with a STB and a pen drive with the required syllabus. At present, we have fitted only three out of 12 rooms with this system catering to standards 7,8& 9. We need to equip 4 additional rooms for standards 4,5,6 & 10. The total cost is INR 1.5 lakh.
One audio video projector with one 55 “android tv in the school hall cum nursery – kg classes to teach them through digital programs. As of now we use a 20” LCD with dish tv. Since the strength of the school has risen to 200 and likely to increase further, it is important to have a largere multi media system for effective learning. This will motivate more parents to send their children. Cost INR 1 lakh
2. OBJECT – TO IMPROVE THE TEACHING ABILITY OF TEACHERS
Mentors for teachers are required to guide and improve their inter personal relationship, behaviour and communication
Mentors for arts, music, sports, self defense.
Language labs to improve diction and command over english, hindi & sanskrit
Science labs for physics, chemistry, maths
3. OBJECT – TO ASSIST COMMUTING OF STUDENTS AND STAFF
One additional 25 seater bus.The trust covers a maximum of 26 village spread across a radius of 25 km. We have two buses with a combined seating capacity of 50.The bus would cost approx Rs 20 lakh on road. 1 $ = 78 INR.
One MUV. The trust & school staff need to interact with government and other authorities of the district, centre and state for official purposes. Distances involved are over 20 to 100 km. We have only lady staff except the school bus drivers. At present we hire private vehicles.

IMPROVE BUILDING AND STRUCTURE
4. INFRASTRUCTURE AUGMENTATION (INR 60 LAKH)
The existing structure is a load bearing structure in a partial ground + one format. It has 12 rooms of identical dimension, one hall, & attached independent toilet for the girls and the boys spread across the ground and first floor.
The additional requirement is for 8 rooms, 1 hall and 1 set of toilet for the girls and boys.
These additions can be made in phases. The estimated cost @ INR 5 lakh for each room and INR 20 lakh for the hall. Total cost is INR 60 lakh.
Improve each of the 12 class room by painting the walls, tiling the floor, installing white boards & display boards, decorating them with plants and cupboards for education material, renewing the benches and desks. Estimated cost per room is INR 60000.
5. OBJECT – TO DEVELOP THE CHILDREN PARK OF THE SCHOOL
The school park needs INR 5 lakhs for new implements for children to play and exercise. The old one is wasted due fair wear and tear over 20 years since 1998
6. OBJECT - TO DEVELOP INFRA FOR MISSION HEALTH, MID –DAY MEAL NUITRITION, ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF ASSETS.
The administration, management infrastructure requires rooms and equipment within the complex. Fortunately, we have an old load bearing annex. We intend to use this to build rooms for nuitrition cum mid day meal, medical and health care, offices for the trust, head mistress, and school teachers. The total cost is estimated INR 30 lakhs
7. OBJECT – SECURITY AND SAFETY
We have a three foot high peripheral brick wall, a night security guard and a 6 camera cctv set up. However the growing anti social population poses real time challenges for our electronic and movable assets as well as our children. We need to provide chain - mail fencing and electronic intrusion alarm along with strengthening our CCTV surveillence with addition of 11 CCTV cameras @ one in each class room.The estimated cost is INR 1.5 lakh
8. OBJECT – PROVIDE CONTINUOUS STABLE ELECTRIC SUPPLY
The local electric supply is erratic with voltage fluctuation. This has ruined a number of electric equipment like computers, printers etc. We intend to solve this by providing a 2 kw solar power roof top system. Total cost INR 2 lakh
MOTIVATE CHILDREN TO JOIN SCHOOL
Adopt one or more deserving child. - the cost of educating a child is INR 1200. It covers various education related expenditure including the salary of the staff.
Help transport one child to and fro between home and school. The expenses are RS 1000 per student. It includes the running cost including fuel, maintenance and salary of the driver or INR 20000 per month for both buses.
Running expenses for outdoor visits, extra curricular activities, inter school competitions, yoga, sports, scoutsand guides, self defence, advanced tutions,annual functions, @ INR 100000 per academic year.
Refurbish the school park. Approximate one time cost INR 60000.
